The AlphaPAC Political Institute is a two-day in-person leadership development and nine-month fellowship institute designed to empower the next generation of political leaders. Scheduled for March 3-4, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, the Institute will offer two specialized tracks: one for political campaign management professionals and one for aspiring political candidates.

The Institute will feature dynamic speakers, including current and former elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as seasoned political fundraisers, strategists and notable political scientists. These experts will share their knowledge, strategies, and real-world experiences to help Institute fellows develop the professional skills and political accumen needed to run a successful campaign. Whether you’re interested in managing a campaign, running for office, or advancing political causes, the Institute will provide critical insights into building a winning race, overcoming challenges, and making a lasting impact in your community and beyond.

Following the Atlanta two-day in-person Institute, participants will have the opportunity to continue their development through a nine-month fellowship from March to December 2025. The AlphaPAC Political Institute fellowship will provide both virtual and in-person leadership training, networking opportunities, and additional learning experiences. Additionally, each fellow will be paired with an experienced political mentor for 1:1 mentorship to help guide their growth and success as they continue on their political journey. Fellows will also have the chance to attend an exclusive in-person gathering during the week of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference* (September 24-28) in Washington, D.C., offering further exposure to influential political leaders and key policy discussions. This fellowship is designed to provide continued support, deepen connections, and equip fellows with the professional skills to make a lasting impact in their political careers.
